Be a star of your emotions
STOP – Take a step back from whatever you are doing. Think about what you are doing
TAKE A BREATH – Practise a breathing exercise.
AND – Try a sensory activity like push ups, star jumps or a calming down activity
RELAX – When ready share how you feel. Write it down, share with a friend. This may help to resolve the problem.
